Wide angle seated forward bend: From a seated position, spread your legs apart and reach your arms out and onto the ground, keeping your spine long.
Cow face: From a sitting position, cross one leg over the other and bring your top foot to the opposite side hip, then do the same with the other foot. Straighten your back. Going under, place one hand behind your back and with your other hand going over, grab your hand. You should have one elbow pointing upwards while the other points down.
The one-legged king pigeon: Lie on your back and pull one knee into your chest. Place your ankle on top of your opposite thigh and let your leg relax downward. Stay here for a few deep breaths before repeating on the other side.
Bound angle: Sit with your legs folded in front of you, then reach for your big toes and fold forward. You can stay here for a few deep breaths, or if you want to go deeper, you can reach for your feet or grab onto your ankles.
Revolved triangle: From a standing position, step one foot in front of you and lean over until your hand touches the floor. Reach up with the other hand towards the sky and hold here for a few deep breaths before switching sides.
Full boat: Sit on the floor with both legs bent in front of you. Lean back slightly and lift your legs off of the floor, extending them straight out in front of you. Hold here for a few deep breaths before lowering them back down to the floor.
Chair: While standing up, extend your hands directly above you while bending your knees in a moderate squat.
